Summary Christ’s Love Assembly Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Framework
Good Nest is Christ’s Love Assembly’s CSR umbrella for serving Oxfordshire, surrounding communities and others through practical expressions of God’s love. It is designed to create safe, supportive and empowering spaces that meet everyday needs, build relationships and strengthen community well-being.
The framework is organised into six core arms:
- Elders Nest
Supports older people through companionship, transport assistance, wellness clubs, digital confidence workshops and seasonal care check-ins, helping them remain connected, valued and supported. For more information about Elders Nest, click here - Food Nest
Addresses food insecurity and practical hardship through food and grocery distribution, emergency food parcels, clothing drives, hygiene packs and healthy eating education. For more information about Food Nest, click here - Youth Nest
Equips young adults for adulthood, employment, leadership and service through mentoring, career guidance and progression, life skills training, job readiness, enterprise support and volunteering pathways. - Teens Nest

Strengthens homes and relationships through marriage and family enrichment, parenting support, family signposting, community fun days, holiday clubs and summer camps.
The six arms are supported by cross-cutting principles that shape delivery across the whole framework:

- inclusion and accessibility
- volunteer development and accountability
- sustainability and responsible stewardship
- impact, learning and continuous improvement
Overall, Good Nest positions CLA as both a spiritual home and a practical source of care, support and community transformation and empowerment.
